A shared space. Clear expectations.
Terms of use
Updated 11 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-11-v15
Osee is a link-in-bio and creator website platform, with optional discovery, communication and commerce tools. These terms apply to accounts, creator spaces and those features. Read them together with our Privacy notice and Selling & buying guide. Storage upgrades are available only where enabled and supported; creator tools do not require a paid storage plan.
Following, likes, saved items and creator pins
Signed-in Osee accounts may follow and like published spaces. Each account has one follow and one like per space; owners cannot count their own spaces as follows or likes. Counts may update with a short delay and may exclude restricted accounts. Following is a preference for discovering eligible public updates, not a subscription to paid content or a guarantee of delivery, reach or identity. Following does not unlock private posts, selected-audience content, private files or purchases.
Saved items are private bookmarks associated with your account. Saving does not copy content, preserve a deleted item, grant a licence, reserve a product or guarantee future access. Creators may pin up to three posts, listings and forms of each type to prioritize them within their own space. Pins do not override visibility, moderation, purchase requirements or the ordering of Explore.
Do not automate spam follows or likes, manipulate counts, harass creators or use bookmarks and uploads to evade access restrictions. You may unfollow, unlike or remove a saved item using its controls.
Larger files and transfer progress
Content, listing, Build and accepted-chat attachments support chunked uploads beyond 100 MB, subject to remaining shared storage, the selected plan, supported-service limits and reasonable security controls. Profile and cover images retain a smaller image-specific limit. Uploading reserves the full declared file size; files become available only after completion is verified. Cancellation and failed-upload cleanup release reserved capacity after storage confirms cleanup. Interrupted sessions expire after inactivity and may require cleanup on your next upload or assistance from Support. Progress estimates may pause during transfer verification and are not a guarantee of completion. Your browser manages download progress and failures.
You remain responsible for rights to uploaded files and for checking downloads before opening them. Uploaded files are not guaranteed malware-free. Existing content, marketplace, privacy and legal restrictions apply regardless of file size. Larger uploads do not authorize additional charges or increase your plan automatically.
Current storage pricing: Free includes 500 MB. Basic is ₹20/month for 2 GB, Starter is ₹49/month for 5 GB, and Creator is ₹99/month for 20 GB. Creator tools are available on Free and paid accounts without a separate feature charge. Paid storage plans increase capacity and remove platform ads. Additional storage is ₹5 per GB/month where available.
Multiple spaces, one account
You may create and manage up to 20 spaces under one Osee account. Each space has its own address, profile, publication status, posts, listings, forms and appearance settings. New spaces start as unpublished drafts. Save unfinished edits before switching. Your account remains responsible for every space it owns; additional spaces must not be used to impersonate others, evade restrictions or repeat prohibited content.
Storage allowances and subscriptions apply to the account as a whole, not separately to each space. All uploaded files, including private files, drafts, attachments and retained uploads, contribute to the shared total. Referencing the same stored file in multiple spaces does not multiply its size; separately uploading a copy counts as another file. The free 500 MB allowance is shared once per account. Paid plan capacity and any purchased additional storage are also shared, and paid ad-removal benefits apply to all spaces owned by that account. Creating a space does not create another free allowance or subscription. Exceeding capacity pauses new uploads; it does not authorize an undisclosed charge.
Seller identity, payment connections, purchase records, storage billing and account security remain account-wide. Separate space names do not create separate legal sellers or remove your existing tax, invoice, privacy or consumer obligations. Applicable mandatory rights are unaffected.
Explore and discovery
Explore presents limited pages of eligible public spaces, listings and posts. Search matches and ordering consider freshness, relevance and variety within each page. Private, selected-audience and draft posts are excluded. Explore is a discovery service, not an exhaustive catalogue or a promise of views, sales or placement. Platform ads, when enabled, are separate from these organic results.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. Give accurate information, keep your account secure and use only accounts and payment connections you are authorized to control. Do not impersonate others, evade restrictions or share credentials. Contact Support if you suspect unauthorized access. An account, profile, receipt indicator or purchase badge is not a guarantee of identity, quality or trustworthiness.
2. Your space and content
You keep ownership of your work. You permit Osee to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features and visibility you choose. This permission does not transfer ownership. Publish only content, media, files, trademarks and code you have the right to use. Obtain appropriate consent before sharing someone else’s personal information or image.
Public spaces, public posts and published listings can appear in Explore, search results and shared links. Drafts, private posts and selected-user posts are not public Explore results. Unpublishing or changing permissions restricts future access, but cannot recover copies someone has already downloaded. Keep your own copies of important material.
3. Community standards and communication
No harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, illegal content, fraud, spam, malware, privacy violations or infringement. Do not evade a creator’s block using another account. Creators may approve, restrict, close or block conversations and moderate comments. Likes and reviews must be genuine; do not buy, fabricate or manipulate them.
Messaging requires a signed-in account and the recipient’s permission. Delivery and read indicators describe app activity, not whether a person has understood or accepted a message. Attachments may be unsafe; only open files you trust. Conversations are access-controlled but are not end-to-end encrypted. Abuse reports can be submitted through the available reporting tools or Support; Osee is not an emergency service.
Groups and calling
Group owners may invite accepted, unrestricted contacts. Each invitee chooses whether to join. Groups support up to eight members, and calls support up to four simultaneous participants. Members can leave, owners can remove members or close a group, and authors can unsend their own messages. New members can view messages from their joining time, not the earlier history. Removal does not recall downloaded or copied material. Do not add people to facilitate harassment or evade restrictions.
Incoming alerts require Osee to be open; audible ringing depends on browser settings. Calls require compatible devices, permissions and network connectivity, and may fail without a relay. Osee does not record calls and does not guarantee delivery, uninterrupted calls or emergency assistance. Direct peer connections can disclose network addresses. Obtain all legally required permissions before any independent recording or redistribution.
Optional assistance
Ask Osee offers writing and platform guidance. It cannot inspect private account data, make account changes, approve refunds or provide binding legal or tax advice. Review suggestions before using them. AI sharing is optional and governed by the Privacy notice. Refer unresolved account or technical issues to Osee Support.
4. Forms, polls, links and QR codes
Form creators must explain why they collect information, obtain required permissions, request only necessary information and protect responses and exported files. Do not request passwords, payment-card credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal data. A response is shared with the form creator. Poll limits reduce repeat submissions but do not certify a voter’s real-world identity. Do not present poll results as independently verified research.
Short links and QR codes may lead outside Osee. Creators are responsible for destinations and must not disguise scams, phishing or prohibited content. Link counts are activity indicators, not audited advertising results. Osee may restrict harmful destinations.
Private inquiry and lead management
Eligible creators may explicitly import selected responses from their own forms to organize an inquiry’s progress, labels and notes. This does not publish the response or authorize automatic external messages. Use the information only for the purpose you disclosed to respondents and obtain any separate permission required for marketing. Do not add unrelated private information or secrets to notes. Owner-only exports leave Osee’s access controls and must be protected. Removing a lead does not remove its original form response. Bulk controls apply only to the selected owned records; a progress stage is your workflow label, not proof that a purchase or service was completed.
Media kits
Eligible creators may build and explicitly publish a media kit from selected public work and business contact details they choose to disclose. A saved draft is not published. Do not include private content or fabricate audience numbers, achievements, commercial relationships or endorsements. Only eligible public material may be displayed, with publication, account and item-access checks on each public request. Visitors may download, copy and share the published information; unpublishing does not recall those copies. Obtain required permissions before publishing someone else’s work or contact information. Media kits and lead management are available on Free and paid accounts without a separate feature charge, subject to the account, safety, storage and service-availability controls in these terms.
5. Customization, domains, exports and insights
Use only code and embeds you understand and are authorized to publish. Do not include secret credentials or bypass platform security. Third-party widgets require appropriate privacy disclosures and consent. A custom domain requires ownership verification and supported configuration; you remain responsible for its registration and renewal.
Website export creates a public-page snapshot. Media and interactive features may still rely on Osee; export is not a full account migration. Keep private messages, form responses and order information confidential. Insights are estimates and may exclude or combine activity; they are not financial or advertising audits. Search-readiness suggestions and metadata do not guarantee indexing, rankings, reach or sales. Public pages can be indexed or cached outside Osee. DNS verification records and routing addresses are public technical configuration, not secret account credentials.
6. Marketplace: sellers
Osee provides tools for independent sellers to list physical goods, digital products and services. Sellers must be legally entitled to sell, hold required registrations or licences and comply with applicable rules in their own and their customers’ locations. Sellers supply and fulfil their listings; payment providers process supported transactions. This allocation does not exclude Osee’s own legal duties.
Before publishing, provide your legal/business identity, contact details, accurate description, price and currency, applicable taxes, delivery scope and times, cancellation/return/refund terms, and required origin or product-safety information. Explain digital compatibility and licence limits, and service scope, scheduling and cancellation conditions. Do not list counterfeit, stolen, recalled, prohibited or unsafe items, financial investments, weapons, controlled drugs, gambling products or services you cannot lawfully supply.
Connect only your own authorized payment account. Follow the provider’s eligibility, verification and security requirements. Do not expose credentials publicly or misrepresent a test payment as a purchase. A displayed currency or country does not establish payment availability, legal permission to sell or tax compliance.
7. Marketplace: buyers, fulfilment and reviews
Read the listing and seller policies, confirm the delivery location, item/service scope and full payable price, and provide accurate order details before authorizing payment. Do not send card numbers or passwords in messages. Keep your order reference and receipt. Digital delivery and purchase-review eligibility depend on verified payment, not just the checkout return page.
Contact the seller promptly about non-delivery, defects, cancellations or refunds; use Osee Support when platform assistance is needed. Refund execution may involve the seller and payment provider. Use lawful payment dispute and consumer complaint channels where appropriate. Seller policies cannot remove mandatory consumer protections. Reviews must describe a genuine experience without threats, private information or undisclosed incentives; a verified-purchase label is not an endorsement by Osee.
8. Taxes, invoices and cross-border sales
Sellers must determine registration, classification, place-of-supply, tax collection, invoicing, filing and recordkeeping duties with qualified advice. Enter valid registration numbers and correct tax information; do not collect a tax you are not authorized to collect. Buyers must provide accurate billing details. Invoices generated from seller information do not constitute tax advice, government e-invoicing approval or an automatic tax return.
Disclose shipping costs, customs/import charges and who is responsible before purchase. Check export controls, sanctions, licences and local consumer rights. Marketplace tax-collection or reporting duties may also apply to Osee or a payment provider; seller-connected payments do not eliminate them. Consult the country and region guidance before offering a cross-border transaction. The guide is a starting point, not a complete determination for every location.
9. Storage and paid plans
Free includes 500 MB at no monthly charge and may show platform ads. Basic costs ₹20 per month and includes 2 GB. Starter costs ₹49 per month and includes 5 GB. Creator costs ₹99 per month and includes 20 GB. Creator tools are available on Free and paid accounts with no separate feature fee. Paid storage plans increase the shared capacity and remove Osee’s platform ad placements from every space owned by the account. Optional additional storage on any paid plan costs ₹5 per extra GB per month, selected in whole-GB increments. The monthly total is the plan price plus selected extra storage; included GB are not billed again. Storage uses decimal units: 500 MB is 500,000,000 bytes and 1 GB is 1,000,000,000 bytes.
Access to creator tools does not mean unlimited storage, unlimited AI usage, guaranteed reach, legal or tax approval, or approval by an external payment service. Features remain subject to account permissions, proportionate usage and security controls, supported browsers, regional availability and any required third-party setup. Domain registration, connected-service fees, bank conversion charges and applicable taxes are not automatically included in the plan.
Usage includes uploaded public and private content, drafts, profile images, listings, message attachments and retained unused files. Removing a post or section does not necessarily delete its files. Your dashboard shows usage and the selected plan’s monthly price. No automatic upgrade or charge occurs simply because you reach your storage limit. A paid plan requires separate checkout authorization.
Existing accounts and plan changes
An already verified paid period keeps its originally authorized price and storage capacity through its paid-through date. This pricing update does not silently reduce that capacity, rewrite a past authorization or create a new charge. A future new purchase or changed plan must show the applicable price and capacity for you to review and expressly authorize. Existing recurring subscriptions remain subject to their original separately authorized mandate, price and renewal schedule, including their authorized capacity, unless separately cancelled or a new arrangement is expressly agreed.
If an existing free account already uses more than 500 MB, this allowance change does not automatically delete its files, impose a payment or start the paid-account overdue/deletion clock. The dashboard shows the over-limit usage and pauses new uploads until you free enough retained storage or choose and pay for a suitable plan. Existing files remain subject to their normal visibility, safety and retention rules. Creating another space does not reset the limit.
Secure checkout and renewal
Paid checkout is available only after the required merchant approval and live configuration are complete. An unavailable or coming-soon button is not a working payment method or a promise of immediate activation. Where one-time storage checkout is offered, you authorize only the displayed payment for one calendar-month period. This does not create an automatic debit or recurring mandate. Pay again through Storage & plan to renew; the dashboard shows when renewal is available and the verified paid-through date. A renewal of the same authorized capacity within the displayed renewal window extends that date where supported. Unused time is not lost merely because that eligible renewal is paid early. Plan, quoted price or capacity changes may require the current paid period to end or assistance from Support; immediate prorated changes are not promised.
The new one-time checkout does not silently change, cancel or replace existing recurring subscriptions. Use the relevant subscription control to stop future recurring renewals or request help from Support. A one-time plan has no automatic renewal to cancel. Closing an account alone does not cancel a separate recurring mandate.
The checkout must show the full price, applicable tax treatment, billing period and renewal method before you agree. Enter payment credentials only on the official hosted payment page or authorized payment app, not in Osee messages or forms. Osee grants paid storage after server verification, not solely because the browser returns from checkout. Pending, failed or test transactions do not grant paid access. If a payment is debited but not confirmed, refresh payment status or contact Support with the transaction reference before paying again. Refunds, reversals and disputes may suspend the corresponding entitlement while reviewed. Mandatory consumer and payment rights remain unaffected.
Each monthly entitlement lasts only through its verified paid-through date. If the next period is not paid and the account has not returned to an eligible Free plan, creator tools and public spaces are paused and the dashboard asks you to restore payment; billing and public-space export remain available. Six months after the unpaid date, the account becomes restricted. Eight months after that unpaid date, the operational account, spaces and stored creator files are scheduled for permanent deletion. Dates are shown in the dashboard. Restoring verified payment before deletion removes the billing restriction. Osee may delay deletion where required for a dispute, security investigation or law, and transaction, fraud-prevention, audit and protected backup records may remain for their required retention period.
A cancelled recurring plan may return to Free after the paid period where usage fits the free allowance. For a one-time plan, not renewing does not authorize another charge; its paid access ends on the displayed date, with the restrictions explained above. Existing subscriptions keep their authorized price unless a new plan is expressly agreed. Contact Osee Support promptly about duplicate, failed or unauthorized charges and refund requests. Provide the transaction reference, not passwords, payment-card credentials or one-time codes. Applicable refund, complaint and statutory rights are not removed by these terms.
Currency display and checkout
You may choose a display currency for estimated platform prices. Automatic selection uses approximate browser-region signals and can be overridden. Conversion estimates may be delayed, rounded or temporarily unavailable; they do not change an existing subscription or authorize a different amount. Platform storage checkout currently charges INR. Review the stated billing currency, full amount, taxes and renewal terms before authorizing payment. Your bank or payment service may apply its own conversion rate and fees. Seller listings and seller payment currencies are separate from these platform price estimates.
10. Advertising and third-party services
Platform ads are labelled and may appear on free spaces when advertising is activated. Required consent controls apply where relevant. Paid status removes platform ad placements, not a creator’s own promotional content or third-party widgets. External services have their own terms and privacy practices. No listing, external link, ad or user-provided code is an Osee endorsement.
11. Availability, restrictions and ending use
Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance. We may limit content or accounts when reasonably necessary to address violations, legal requirements, fraud or security risks, with notice and review where appropriate. You may stop using Osee and request account closure or data assistance through Support. Cancel recurring subscriptions separately before closing an account. Retention of transaction, legal or security records may continue where necessary.
12. Your rights, updates and contact
Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Local mandatory consumer and privacy protections remain available. Material changes will be communicated as required; signup acceptance records the terms version and time and is not silently rewritten.
Osee Support offers searchable guidance and practical troubleshooting before a ticket, plus direct contact for technical help, account access, billing, suggestions, complaints, appeals, safety reports and privacy rights. Self-help is optional: you do not have to complete a checklist before sending a request, and safety, urgent billing and ownership-verified recovery remain directly accessible. Osee is not an emergency service; use appropriate emergency channels for immediate danger.
Requests are reviewed and resolved one by one, so a response may sometimes take longer; any applicable mandatory complaint deadlines still apply. Keep the request ID and any private guest tracking key safe, and use the tracking view to read replies and add relevant information rather than repeatedly creating the same request. You may include up to five supporting screenshots or short videos (50 MB total; screenshots up to 10 MB and videos up to 20 MB each) and five relevant web links. Provide evidence you are entitled to share and remove unrelated personal information. Files are private support evidence, not public content; a tracking key grants access to that request and its attachments. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, API keys or full payment-card details. Shared replies may be used for similar requests, but recovery and account-access changes still require separate ownership checks. Support cannot guarantee an immediate resolution or replace emergency, legal, tax, consumer or payment-provider channels.
Operator identity, registered address and designated grievance/privacy contact details must be published before commercial launch. Regional legal and tax requirements require professional review before enabling sales in that market.
Space branding, locations and audio
You may personalize a space’s header, logo, footer and tagline using branding you own or are authorized to use. Do not impersonate others, mislead visitors about seller identity, or remove legally required seller, tax, contact or privacy disclosures. Custom branding does not transfer ownership of Osee, change your subscription, or waive platform advertising on an eligible free space.
On a verified and connected custom domain, you can choose whether Osee’s mobile navigation is visible. This does not hide navigation on osee.space or bypass sign-in and permissions. Domain registration, renewal and accurate DNS configuration remain your responsibility.
You can enter an address or choose an exact map point. Check the pin before publishing; location and device permissions are optional. Publish only addresses you are entitled to disclose, not another person’s private address without permission. Map results and directions come from an external service and may be inaccurate; confirm destinations independently. Audio uploads require the necessary recording, music and distribution rights and consent where required. Audio and logo files count towards shared account storage. Published location and audio sections are public; removing them does not retrieve visitors’ copies.
Delegated administrative integrations
The platform owner may connect a trusted external administrative system using explicit, expiring permissions. Depending on the permissions granted, it may inspect public and private records, support requests, conversations, files and order information, or prepare and confirm permitted account, moderation, team and bulk operations. This is privileged platform administration, not a feature allowing users to inspect other accounts. Existing manual administration remains available and limited suggestion-only credentials retain their original restrictions.
The operator remains responsible for the external system, its human or automated decisions, necessary privacy disclosures, lawful processing and transfers, and prompt revocation when access is no longer needed. Keep keys server-side, never place them in public code, and grant only permissions necessary for a stated operational purpose. Changes require an exact-record preview and a separate confirmation before the approval expires. Do not use an integration to fabricate verification, evade restrictions, expose private information or send unrelated marketing. Audit records support accountability but are not a guarantee that every administrative decision is correct.
API delete actions use recoverable trash and stop ordinary access without permanently erasing retained records or files. Retained files continue to count towards storage. Restoration requires the original data to remain available and cannot undo sender erasure, permanent deletion, conflicting subsequent changes or independent billing obligations. The API does not grant ownership, expose sign-in or payment secrets, erase audit records, authorize payments or provide irreversible purge. Separately approved manual operational emails require review of the actual sender, recipients and message and the owner’s current password; integrations cannot send email. External systems and mail delivery may be unavailable or delayed. Use Osee Support for appeals, access issues, privacy requests or suspected mistakes. Applicable complaint, privacy and consumer rights remain unaffected.
